I forgot my password. How can I regain access to my trading account?

If you forget your password, you should click the “Forgot your password?” button on the login page. A new password will automatically be emailed to that email address. After following these steps, you can go back in and change the password again on the Change Password page. Please contact Customer Support if you’ve forgotten the email address you used to create your account.

Can I access my trading history and transactions, and where?

The entire trading history, along with all transactions, can be accessed on your trading account by clicking “Reports”. If specific historical data is required, advanced filters should be utilized.

How can I edit and change personal information on my trading account?

All personal data can be changed simply by clicking “Update Details”. After the changes are made, be sure to click “Save”.

What is a demo account?

A demo account is a special type of account created to practice trading under real market conditions with 0 risks. You’re not using your own funds to practice trading on your demo account. Instead, Tradello provides you with virtual money to trade.

How can I fund my demo account?

Before we add virtual funds to your demo account, you must first open a real trading account. Once the real account receives funds, you should contact your personal account manager and receive up to $10K in demo funds.

What currencies are available for use in my trading account?

Tradello supports all major fiat and cryptocurrencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, BTC, ETH, and LTC. Note: Your chosen currency cannot be changed after you’ve completed the registration process.
